1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, booking our services, or participating in any My Healing Suite by Faith2Felicity experience, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, guests, clients, and others who access or use our services, including but not limited to Sip & String experiences, aura photography sessions, corporate wellness events, wedding bracelet bars, and pop-up events.

2. Services Description

My Healing Suite by Faith2Felicity provides experiential wellness services including:

• Sip & String intention bracelet-making experiences
• Aura photography sessions
• Corporate wellness and team-building activations
• Wedding and bridal party bracelet bars
• Pop-up events and community activations
• DIY kits and wellness products (sold through our external shop)

We travel to your location to deliver these experiences across the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia), New Jersey, New York, and nationwide upon request.

3. Bookings and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from My Healing Suite and any required deposit has been processed.

3.2 Deposits and Payments

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. The deposit amount and final payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Full payment is typically due prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.3 Guest Count

Final guest counts must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to your event unless otherwise specified. You will be charged based on the confirmed guest count. Additional guests beyond the confirmed count may incur additional fees.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Client Cancellations

• 30+ days before event: Full refund minus deposit
• 14-29 days before event: 50% refund of total booking fee
• Less than 14 days before event: No refund

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@myhealingsuite.com.

4.2 Rescheduling

We understand plans change. Rescheduling requests made at least 14 days before the event may be accommodated subject to availability, with no additional fee. Requests made less than 14 days before the event may incur a rescheduling fee.

4.3 Cancellation by My Healing Suite

In the rare event we must cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control (illness, severe weather, emergency), we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

5. Event Participation and Conduct

5.1 Participant Responsibilities

Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully during all experiences. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate, without refund.

5.2 Age Requirements

Most experiences are suitable for participants aged 10 and older. Some events may have specific age requirements. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

5.3 Health and Safety

Our experiences involve handling small gemstones and beads. Participants with allergies to metals or other materials should inform us in advance. Our services are wellness-oriented and do not constitute medical treatment, therapy, or professional advice.

6. External Shop and Products

Products available through our external shop (shop.myhealingsuite.com) are subject to separate terms and conditions provided on that platform. Product returns, exchanges, and shipping policies are governed by the shop's policies.

Gemstones and crystals are sold for their aesthetic and symbolic value. We make no claims regarding healing properties or therapeutic benefits.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of My Healing Suite by Faith2Felicity and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. The Sip & String name and logo are registered trademarks.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

8. Photography and Media Release

By participating in our events, you grant My Healing Suite by Faith2Felicity permission to photograph and record the event for promotional and marketing purposes, unless you notify us in writing prior to the event that you do not wish to be photographed.

For private events, we will seek host approval before using any images publicly.

9. Limitation of Liability

My Healing Suite by Faith2Felicity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or participation in our events.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during events.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Healing Suite by Faith2Felicity, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Prince George's County, Maryland.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
